Restaurants will be liable in terms of delivery issues, food quality, and other related concerns. We may restrict, suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that quality is compromised or fraud acts.

Restrictions

Unlawful activities are not allowed on our product and we can take legal action if needed. We reserve the right to investigate further. Posting content must be lawful and do not directly or indirectly violation of local, state, or federal laws or regulations.

Openmenu entities, their agents, representatives, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platforms

Personal Data, Termination and governing law

You are agreeing that we can use your personal data for orders processing and per privacy policy. We have the right to terminate, suspend or delete your account and access to the product. These Terms shall be governed and construed following the laws of Pakistan.
